Our management policy accepts product replacement only if products are defective arising from manufacturing defects.

Buyer must notify us within 2 days after receiving the products via email to sales@jureengifts.com and products purchased shall be returned to us in unused condition and in original packaging at buyer's cost for our inspection.

We are not be liable to replace any products that fall under the following categories:

• The Buyer makes further use of such products without the Seller's consent after notifying the Seller of the defect/damage.
• The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products.
• The Buyer alters or repairs such products without our written consent.

Our management reserves the right  not to replace or accept returns if products purchased were in good functional conditions after our final inspection. Replacement of products, if accepted by us would be sent out to buyer at our cost and non replacement products would be sent back to buyer if requested with delivery charge.

Cancellation & Redirection

Should you need to cancel or change your order please email to sales@jureengifts.com immediately. 

Cancellation of order after payment made will be imposed 50% cancellation charges.

 A surcharge of 10% will be imposed on redirection or orders.
